I have proof and docs. provided by a (large) companies legal department predating the release of my idea developed by a foreign company. This American company had my idea for as much as four years before an Englished company developed and marketed it. My guess is English company sees idea American company,"here you go, this guy can't get you, international law is too costly and he's not savoy, or have the funds to fight us. VISA International (San Francisco), Serverside Graphics (London LTD).
I posses letters, photo copies, confirmations, (Visa Legal) Press releases, (Visa International & Serverside Graphics). When trying to communicate with them I'm ignored. At first I just wanted recognition. Do I have a chance for a finders fee or something. Or can I just embarrass them?

Specifics from my knowledge (which is little), would put people to sleep. I just assume from my posting that people would think I'm truthful, naive perhaps, but truthful. Anyone interested I would be happy to elaborate. I am trying, but my plate is full with other matters. Sorry if I'm vague.

At the time for no apparent reason I was singled out to change the work ethic I had deployed for thirteen years. Not being informed, I was ordered to reduce my crew by approx. one fifth of what it was, ordered to do one job at a time and one only. I complied to all their orders, and yet I was being reprimanded daily, belittled in front of my crew, accused of being intimidating, loose canon, calling authorities, bully, and being too permissive with my crew. After one incident I was given a memo stating to report to another work area. One of two that presented me with the memo stated, this is not a disciplinary or punishment. I asked if another worker was to report, and two of two said no he does what he’s told. Reporting to the location of their request I became medically unable to perform my duties and am presently disable awaiting a specialist appointment. There has been no diagnosis. There are many more examples of management’s unethical treatment. My question is. Returning to this position, could this be classified as Hostile? BlackWhite

Members sorry for being a little gun shy, there are reasons, I have some scrapes from the past.
Paradise you may have come in between two topics, “typical” was a post I never received much aid on, Could be the drugs I’m on (legal), but plentiful. The short and sweet about the page you’re on. I work at a position controlled by a person with his arm in his lapel, Napoleon syndrome, and small people’s revenge. You gather any of that? I’m in the way for one of theirs to promote into a position. I work, 90% of state workers show up. Working at the same position for 13 years, (with all positive reaction), and when the command changes I no longer fit in their scheme of things. I bucked their system; they planned a strategy to get me out. They couldn’t do it on my work ethic so they kept me in the dark until they slipped, played me as a pawn, antagonized, and made accusation they can’t back up. Now I’m going to expose them and be compensated, this was their plan not mine. Any of this getting in? Maybe your drugs are too weak. IAAL’s crystal ball sure was glowing, being able to accumulate from so few printed words. You boys have such a nice little club here, I can see why for some of your responses. I to like Red Heads Big Breasted Woman, if fact married one. The most recent issue is. I graphically design a credit card with a personnel picture on the front instead of the one the company chooses, pictures, documents, press releases, and dates proving I had the idea first. Serversid Graphics Ltd. got the idea from Visa legal departments archives, in which was derived from me four years prior. This country boy did the big sin as I know it now and I trusted them to do the decent thing, which is not synonymous in this profession. I feel I have no concrete foundation, or funds for a legal skirmish. Can I embarrass them into submission? I would post photo copy but they are of poor quality, but proof.
