I am creating a website that is actually using vBulletin for its functions...
I am putting together several ways to keep the Community as a portal, to an industry that doesn't have a site like it.
I have the site secured, what should I do to secure the Name, the Site functions, etc? I am confused as to how to protect myself from others doing the same thing online.
I appreciate any help...

j Secure as in "omputer security," or secure as in "obtain IP protections?" If its the former, you are in the wrong forum to get answers. If it's the latter, you could certainly register a copyright, you might be able to trademark the name and perhaps the "look and feel," but as far as keeping someone else from doing the same thing online, well, the only way to keep others from doing something like that is via a patent, and from the facts you've given, there is no way to determine whether or not what you want to do is patentable.
