What is the name of your state? IN
All through Grade School and High School I had the nick name of "Milf". Today people still call me by this name. I graduated in 1985 (20 years ago). Ever since the movie American Pie cam out I get hassles about all of the websites that are out there called things like Milfhunter.com and others.
Can I sue for the use of this name since they are making money off of it? I know that there have been several lawsuits sort of like this one in the last few years. Just want to know if I have a leg to stand on and if I do how I would go about persuing this?
