What is the name of your state? Malaysia, Selangor
I am currently proposing a tagline/slogan to my client.
According to my client he said that my tagline/slogan is similiar to one of the brand in the market.
It is a bit misleading that should we proceed to our current slogan or think of a new one.
Will we be charged as infringing their idea if we proceed with our idea?
Or is that other way to prevent this from happening again?
Is there any website that able to track those tagline/slogan that has been registered or copyright.
