I am interested in taking large picture frames and placing in them a collage of photographs that I've taken along with various famous quotes to go along with the photographs and selling these pieces on ebay and/or farmer's markets, craft markets, etc. I'd like to know if there would be a problem in using quotes in this manner and then selling the pieces for profit as well as should I take steps to protect my work from being re-created and sold by someone else?
