I found the coolest shirt with just the name Mr. Jeremy, or Ron Jeremy or Ron. I forget now. Anyway, it was the persons screen name only and on the back it said "adult film star". There was another that said "spongebob" and then said "underwater burger flipper". I saw similar shirts with other character names and "job" title on it. If I produce such a shirt and sell it, am I breaking any trade name/copyright laws??? if you know the answer let me know. I'm jacknsteveporn yahoo

Thanks If the name is trademarked, then yeah, you would potentially be violating trademark laws if you use the name without permission. You can't copyright a name, so you don't need to worry about copyright -- but you will need to be concerned with trademarks.
