Personal Rights For Removing My Name and Picture from an exsisting WebSite

Discussion:
undefinedWhat is the name of your state? Texas
Are there any laws or guidelines to enforce a program director to remove your picture, name and bio from the organizations website if you no longer want to be represented at this organization.
Several requests have been to the director which is the webmaster. There were no signed agreements. This director develops webpages for a living.

Respectfully,

John Whitt

You should talk with a local attorney if you think you might want to pursue this route.
