I have been asked the question of whether a business policy/procedure and/or guideline can be copyrighted. My first response is yes, however, I am second guessing myself. Can this type of material be copyrighted?

Thank you very much. I do have one more question, once I have filled out all of the paper work to request the copyright registration, do I have to file another Form TX if revisions were made?

For maximum protection, yes. If you don't, it's possible that an infringer may only be infringing "new" materials, and those not covered by the copyright registration will not be given the advantages of registration.
