His company was incorporated as Crabby Chuck's Stone Crabs, Inc. in the state of Florida. He continues to operate under the same corporation, however in other business ventures. A while back his domain registration expired. He changed ISPs several times, so it is likely any renewal e-mails went to an old ISP. Now the domain is owned by some mass link site.
What can we do about it? What legal options do we have in getting the name back? I've seen at the very least that you can bar someone from using a website with your name for commercial purposes.
