Ok, Here's my question. A friend who is a Photo prossecing tech at a major drug store chain gave me a disk containing pictures that she copied from a customers film. What I would like to know is what position she has put me in. Am I at risk with the stolen pics in my posetion?
Can I take action on her/drug store for putting me in this position?
