Within the next two weeks, I am preparing to rollout a college football playoff scenario and will have quite a few visitors to the site. I really want to make sure that I am able to keep the formula, theory and information as my own once it’s released to the public, however, I’m not sure how to go about doing this.
I would also like to know what I am able to use in association with team names, conference names, bowl names, geographic locations, corporate names affiliated with bowl games, imagery and the names of real-life individuals. The playoff scenario will be played alongside the timeline of the regular season as a historical fiction piece to help prove my theory of a properly issued college football playoff system. I would like to know if there is anything I can use in relation to this. Thank you.
