Hello everyone
I'm from Ontario. My story goes like this. I have a personal hobby website about auto racing. It has information on race results and race times and where event is going to take place and so on. The site also contains pictures some of which are mine and some that I found on internet forums. I get this email today from auto racing photographer who says I used some of his pictures and he now wants $3000 for them or he is going to sew me. Because my domain is being hosted in US by all right I am guilty as he said.
What can I do? I already removed all the images that might belong to him from my server. Please keep in mind that none of the photos were taken with intention to steal and that my website is not a business website but a personal hobby site.
