Hello,
I've done some research and haven't found very much information on this, so I thought I'd see what you all suggest. I want to sell big-name band t-shirts of my own design and secure the rights to their logos, likenesses, photos, etc. so everything is nice and legal. Is there one company that can handle all this for any band, much like the one that handles rights to music, or would I need to contact each band's management firm separately?

Thanks for your reply. I'll start with contacting the bands first and go from there. I'm small potatoes compared to those selling officially licensed merchandise, so I'm not expecting a great reception. This may be over before it began, but keep your fingers crossed for me!
