I would like to post on a website a very short 104 page book from 1919. Free of charge to view
The author had the book published in both London and NY he died in 1992.
I believe he was a european (Antwerp) at the time of printing and became a US citizen later.
Do you think this is public domain yet...Im kind of confused with the dual publishing and the possibility of residency in another country, effecting the PD

It seems that It is in the PD but I may just have the research done on it anyway.
