What recourse do I have for a website that has pirated my entire website? I've been on the net since 1998. This is the second act of piracy. The first time they removed content right after a nastygram. This time is being more stubborn. Need advice.
I'm writing their ISP today and may have to post to the US govt fraud site.

Other ideas? Send a DMCA notification to the ISP under 17 USC 512(c)(3). Read this and follow the instructions:
