A company owed me money for royalty payments on on product I invented. On the day I was supposed to pick up my check, the owner pushes a trademark assignment accross the table, holds the check up in the air and proceeds to tell me I must sign the assignment if I want the check. I needed the money very much so I reluctantly signed the trademark assignment. Is this legal and if not want can I do?
I do not have a signed liscence agreement and I have become very unhappy with the way they operate and handle my product. Can I take my product to someone else or make and sell it myself? I need help.

Viper BB is right, without seeing what you agreed to, and without knowing all of the relevant facts in your situation, it's hard to determine what rights, if any, you might have. Your best bet is to head down to a local attorney who has experience in intellectual property matters, and who can review all of the relevant facts and advise you accordingly.
