Two sites....
Once site registered the .org of my sitename.com. Took all the content and images and mirrored my site. Application link is to my application. I guess this what they call hijacking? This site is outranking me when I search for sentences from my site in quotes.
Other site stole alot of content from my site word for word.
I sent cease and desist to both several months ago. I requested deadline for them to remove the content has come and gone.
Now what do I do since I am being ignored by the guilty parties?

Does the other site sell ads? What is their motive for mirroring your site?
In any event, send letters (email/snail mail) to their ISP's. Sending the letters to the site owners is worthless. And start saving up your money if you plan on litigating this in the courts. Probably looking at a $5-$10k retainer.
