Film Producation Name(s) (Trademark issue)

Discussion:
What is the name of your state? (Massachussetts)
I apologize in advance if this might have been covered before but I was unable to find any threads via the search.
A few of my friends, including myself, are working on an independent feature film and we are trying to cover all the basics and not make any mistakes. Any help is greatly appreaciated in advance.
We have decided on a name called 'In The Pocket Productions' but we just now found out that there is an art/comic book group called 'Pocket Productions' so we are wondering if it would be wise to change our name now before we get any further into the production of the film.
Do you feel as if those two names are way too close to one another? Should we opt to just change the name so we can avoid any future troubles?
Thank you very much in advance.

Thank you very much in advance. If you haven't invested a lot of time or money into your name, since there is already a similar name being used in a similar industry, you are probably better off just trying to come up with a new name. If you've already invested time and money in the name, or if you are otherwise unwilling to give up the name, then you'll want to talk with a local attorney, who can review all of the relevant facts in your situation and advise you accordingly.
