Declaratory action in bankruptcy court (IL)-please help.

Discussion:
A company in Chapter 11 bankruptcy in northern Illinois is filing a declaratory action against me in bankruptcy court regarding my copyright. I cannot afford to pay for a lawyer to defend my coyright and if I can't defend my copyright, I will effectively lose it. This is exactly what the company is hoping for. Is it possible to find a copyright attorney that would be willing to take this on pro bono to prevent this injustice?
Thank you for your time,
Andrew

Andrew You can check with the Illinois bar association, but it's probably unlikely that you will be able to find someone to take on an IP case pro bono. You might see if you could find someone who would be willing to take the case on contingency -- of course, you'll need to build a damages case if you want someone to take the thing on contingency...
Answer:
Thank you very much for your input. I'm told that I really need a bankruptcy attorney rather than in IP attorney since the case has been filed in bankrupcty court. Is finding a pro bono bankruptcy attorney also unlikely? Unfortunately, a contingency case is not possible since any monetary judgment would be impossible to collect because of the company's bankruptcy. Any other ideas you may have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!
