I have requested a service from a website.(This company's business is the sale of sample/custom term papers via the internet.)Their service is to write essays and research paper for students.They have their writters.
I'm been receiving for 1 1/2 years their work but what happen is that I received a Plagiarised paper/essay from them.They have copy & paster from other websites and created an essay for me. The problem I think is because they got these information without requesting copyright.These texts are taking from other websites in intenet which they are copyrighted and sold to me as their work.The company that I ordered essays they have to request a permission to get information/materials from other websites.But they did not follow these rules.
Do you think I can sue this in court for braking the copyright law or because they sold to me a job which is Plagiarised ? Which party do you think is in trouble ? Please advise me what I can do.

My question was how we can sue these companies even though we are costumers ( not the owers of these websites)

So interested lol You do not own the original information, therefore you have no legal claim to it's use. You can not sue because YOU do not own it, not the first time it was written, and not the second. (Although you may now own a dirty third copy).
