Sark Trademark infringement uses a "likelihood of confusion" test -- if DIGG consumers are likely to be "confused" by your webpage (confused as to whether or not you are associated with the "real" DIGG), or if you are using the term DIGG in your URL to help attract visitors to your page, that might well be trademark infringement. If you are just using the name for your own purposes, then maybe not trademark infringement. But even absent infringement, the trademark holding could try and sieze your domain through the anticybersquatting rules. Copyright © 2006 - 2009 www.todayquiz.com
