What is the name of your state? Ohio
I purchased embroidery designs off of Ebay. They are of skateboards and skateboarders with their names and logos on it. World Industries to be exact. Can I embroider the designs on shirts and sell them or is this a copyright infringement? Have asked several people with no help. Please help if you can

It's unlikely that you would run in to any problems with copyrights. However, you will almost certainly be running afoul of Trademark regulations. At a minimum, the company logos will be trademarked, and most likely registered with the USPTO. The names of the professionals may also have trademark protections, either registered with the USPTO of common-law rights.
Basically, you will need permission to reproduce and sell the logo items, even if you make them yourself. You should contact the logo owner to find out exactly how to go about getting permission, or a license, to do what you want to do.
