Hey all. I run a website called ISUBars.com and I go to Illinois State University (thus the ISU). Well I've been getting e-mails from this guy at the University saying that using the acronym "ISU" is infringement because its an abbreviation of Illinois State University. Does this guy have a case? I didn't think you could trademark letters. The other thing is the school's website is so its not even like they have isu.edu or anything. Is this guy just full of hot air?
