I am in NJ and I wanted to know if it was legal to send away for information from a company and then distribute the information to others for a fee.
Answer:
The information itself is not copyrightable, so you can distribute the information to others for a fee; however, the form it is in is copyrightable, so you can not distribute it in that form.
