I am a newspaper photgrapher. The photos of people that I've taken have already run in the paper. What I need to know is if that constitues a release for future publication, photography shows or selling on the internet without their further knowlege.

As a photographer, especially a newspaper photographer, would you consider yourself to be an observant person ?
And, considering your profession, and the fact that you wrote the type of question that you have here, you would consider yourself as someone who follows instructions and directions, correct ?
