If you send in the paperwork to get a copyright or trademark, do they send you anything back in return to let you know that it is filed, such as a file number, and/or correspondence. If so, how long does this usually take? We filed about 2 months ago and have not received anything back
Answer:
You should get a response. Two months is long enough that you may reasonable follow up and ask for a response or at least how long it is currently taking them to respond.
You may also ask just what they are sending in response these days.
