Can company A include company B's corporate logo on its website? Instead of enlisting the names of our clients on our web site we decided to show their corporate logos. Any legal threat? Thnx.

Do you have permission from company B? There is no real legal presidence for this yet. The only legality would be if the logo includes a hyperlink to their site. Read here for more info on linking.
