Trademark question...

Discussion:
What is the name of your state? California
I make wooden replicas of things, and I want to sell these wooden replicas on the web. It's a replica of a car (For now let's just say its an Audi). I was going to put on my website something like: "Audi A6 wooden toy replica for sale". Now, what steps should I take to be able to put the words Audi and A6 (Which are probably trademarked and protected) on my replica that is being sold (by me with no connection to Audi) without getting myself into legal trouble with Audi, while at the same time protecting my own legal rights?
I'd appreciate any responses
Answer:
You will have to arrange with the Audi company for the amount of royalty.
Answer:
You cannot put your own legal right over other trademarks - even if you create the toys - the problems is here that you earn here money with well known names of other. Like Veronica01 I would seek an agreement with the holder of the trademark to prevent battles in front of the court.
Answer:
How would I set up such an agreement? Do I need a lawyer?

How would I set up such an agreement? Do I need a lawyer? Either an attorney or you may contact the marketing department of the company directly. The first option is much more effective and it is protective to your rights as well.
Good luck.
