If I let people listen to or download music from professional Artists on my web site, without getting permission first. Is this illegal?
Answer:
Oh yeah. A friend just had his website shut down and all info (some irreplacable) deleted. He is now in the process of finding legal help for the lawsuit that was served to him. And all he had was a couple of Pearl Jam mp3's on his site available for download.
