Hello,
I have been told some vague but alarming news by a close friend of mine. Aparently a company names Datatreasury filed a patent al long long time ago that states soemthing to the effect of "a patent on the action of hosting info for access by end users over the internet". I know they are in court trying to enforce it with many big players such as Chase bank. (aparently Chase offered to settle for about 10 mill but it was refused). If this is all true I am very surprised that I have not heard of this already. Is there any validity to what my friend is telling me?

Check the docket of the court where the case is pending and see if anything is there about it. If you do not which court that might be, make a guess.
