maryland, but im curious for general state rules too.
I've printed small amounts of a t-shirt, and sales have gone so well that now I'm interested in trademarking the idea.
On the front of the shirt is a single word in big print. Its not a brand name and its not a proper noun. Its a regular lexical word from the dictionary. Can I trademark the shirt?
