Can a person print a professional sport schedule on a retail product & sell it. I have noticed that schedules are being used on all kind of websites without permission.

Your talking about 2 different animals. You will require permission to print and sell the schedule. Promoting a team for free is always welcome but if you are going to make money, there will be someone wanting a piece of the pie.
