Can an istablishment let say a hotel file charges against me if I take a picture of the hotel and sell that picture to anyone that wants to buy it?

hahaha.... I've been here for more than 20yrs. and I have not seen anyone wearing grass skirt or seen a spear. The only time I see grass skirt is when there is festival. To answer your question NO we don't. Guamanians are modern people. I remember when I was in High School that if I wear a particular shirt today, I make sure that I don't wear that same shirt within that week or two and most high school student drive their own cars and you will barely see beat up old car specially on school campus... But good question though.
