Fedex may sue me !

Discussion:
Country Canada .
Province Quebec.
Hello ,
I have a domain name called
I have owned this domain for over one year now , but only till recently did I receive a letter from Fedex.com lawyers (Bakers & McKenzie)
Now a little history of my domain
I have purchased the domain for personal reasons when I was in a group called fedx.
We play online games and would compete agaisnt other teams .. so I decided to purchase the name and have a place for us to meet.
Anyway time was an issue and I could not find the time to play online games any longer , and the website never became what it was suppose to be.
During this year I placed fedx up for sale since I no longer had a need for it and was also unemployed duing that time.
Anyway once i found a job a few weeks later I removed the for sale sign and redirected the domain name to my other domain ()
Now during this time I decided to work part time on the computer and design and create web pages.
I sold gameratio.com adn decide to make web designs a part time pratice
Now as reference for customers to hire me I used fedx.ca as a referral site.
I created a dummy page .... actually just an image .
It was a non working HTML page I done.
I used the theme of shipping.
Anyway Fedex was not impressed about this and asked me to stop and turn over the domain.
I explained and they believed me and understand... but still wanted the domain fedx.ca
They own fedx.com , fedx.net , fedx.org.
But I must point out that they obtained these domains from somone else and were never the orignal owners.
I bought my domain last Nov 2002 and during that time I wanted actaully fedx.com ( That's how I knew someone else owned )
Some time during when I bought mine until NOW , fedex obtained it.
So my point is this
I owned the fedx.ca before they got fedx.com
The name FEDX is not a trademark
FEDX.CA will not be about shipping or anything about mailing.
WHat should I do ???
Answer:
WHat should I do ??? Read item #2 above.
Answer:
And after you read rule #2...
Give them the rights to the name, or you COULD face some very serious legal fees. Presumably, Federal Express has a few more bucks to spend on a lawsuit than you do in defending it.
