Hi, my name is Nigel and I would like to finish making a really good photoshop video tutorial...However before I bother I would like to make sure I am legally able to do it.....
I use the program along with a screen caputure program to show what I am doing much little lynda.com training videos etc....they are just a little better.....
obviously it is my intent to sell the dvd on my webpage....

How old is little Lynda? How old are you? And, why would you think there's a market for people to watch you and Lynda "doing" her?
