I was making a website and i bought a website script from ghostscripter.com
a website script is info that tells the host computer how to work
i paid and they sent me the wrong one. i downloaded the wrong one and realized it was the wrong one. I then sold it to somebody
for 15$ through paypal. They then corrected the problem and gave me the right script. When i got the right script i realized it was horribly written and did not work. So i asked for a refund. They told me they would give me one. Later that day, i recieved an email saying that they had been contacted to tell them that I had been illegally selling their scripts and they would no longer give me a refund. Also, if i continued to use or sell a script they would take legal action. I did not know i could not resell the script because it dosent say so anywhere on the site. I promptly refunded the person it was sold to on paypal. Because the money had already been transfered through paypal into my bank acccount, it is being transferred back from my account to the buyer. The payment for the script has also not reached ghost scripter because it needs to come from my bank account. Should I call the bank and tell them to not allow all payments to paypal? I want the person i gave a refund to to get their money back, but i think that i should not have to pay ghost scripter. Do you think if i withheld the ghost scripter payment they would take legal action and I would get in trouble for something? Please advise me on what to do. I am only 16 so i am fairly worried.

You screwed up big time. Not only did you sell copyrighted material for which you had no right, you did so before you gave ghostscripter a chance to rectify the situation.
I doubt seriously if they will pursue this but don't expect to ever get scripts from them again. The correct procedure is to refund their monies immediately, have paypal inform them of the refund for the purchaser of the other script and learn scripting on your own.
I have not yet seen anything on Ghostscripter that is worth $1 much less $15. And most I can write faster and better myself.
You just learned a valuable lesson. And it was cheap.
