In a PCT application what is the meaning of the term “Applicant claiming Priority”? Is it an Applicant who has already filed an patent application in some part of the world, who is now seeking protection in different countries, or can it be that X has filed for the patent in say US, and y files for pct as an applicant claiming priority in some countries after having some agreement with X for the same.
