A good friend who runs a website was recently served a cease and desist order to shut down his website from lawyers representing because of the use of Ruby in his site name. His legal name is Paul Ruby, and also while his site was still up he did provide a discaimer on the main page stating that his site was in no way affiliated with Ruby Tubes . Can anyone help explain the legalities of this situation, and any posible solutions that may allow him to still use the same domain name??? Thanks, Brian
