Okay, 2 years ago I quit a band after we had just finished recording a cd. In this band, I created the name and image. So my question is, can they get away with selling a DVD that they just recently started selling that has footage of the band when I was in it? Especially since they have not gotten my permission to sell it. What can I do to get this footage taken off of the DVD?

No, but it is something I don't want to be a part of!! That is why I quit 2 years ago!! Is it legal for them to make money off of this?
