My question is a name question also. I am part of a non profit org. in ohio that has been around for more than ten years, and now there is someone in Texas with the exact same name. What can I do?

I am already getting calls from the higher ups asking who these pple are. If they mess up...its just headaches for me. I just wanted to know if it was against the law.
