I have recently parted with my employer. I have some great examples of cases (No names or Identifying features of patients on the images). I want to use some of these images from my prior employment for my seminars. Is there any statue of limitations, copywrite, or rules that I must obey so I dont get in hot water?

You can't use those images without appropriate permission.
You really need to get some counseling, get your life centered with a realistic focus, you are scattered all over the place with both work and marital issues. Don't make more problems for yourself. See an employment attorney and move forward from there.
