Hello,
I deal with script piracy frequently. Normally it's fairly easy to get the intellectual property taken offline by contacting the web host under the DMCA.
Occasionally a host will ignore contact attempts, however. In these cases a single letter from a licensed attorney almost invariably wakes them up as the DMCA is very specific on this issue.
Can anyone recommend a lawyer that has some experience with this kind of thing?
The ones I've dealt with in the past don't really seem to understand the situation and therefore charge $100's to write the aforementioned single letter. This letter being very short and requiring virtually no research.
