I am not trying to be a buttcheese here, but you have asked this question about various photos of various sites all over our beautiful American states.
Hawaii, Nevada, now here.
If you are thinking about publishing a coffee table book on photographs or our Americas, JEAN LUC, then find out how to do that through a publisher with a photographers license and that way you can make $$$ legally the AMERICAN way.

I agree with the other posters that you should keep your postings in one post -- think up all of the different pictures you want to sell and ask once -- the rules are the same, pretty much.
I disagree with ENASNI, at least as far as implying that you need some sort of "photographer's license" to photograph and sell photographs of the national parks -- there simply is no requirement for a license to photograph stuff in a national park.

I was doing that "assuming" thing.
It just seems that he is traveling around taking pictures and wants to publish them.. someone should push... point... shove in the right direction on what to do with these "fab photos" that he is taking of casinos and hula girls and whatnot?? he is heading somewhere? Oui? Do we need more posts from Jean Luc?
