I would like some advice regarding trade mark infringment please.
Basically I have a website selling cellphone color wallpapers backgrounds.
I have designed some wallpapers for the NFL,Baseball and Basketball teams.
As an example,my design for the Chicago bears football team features a football drapped with 2 ribbons in the team colors,a neutral Helmet ( plain grey ) in the foreground with the name 'CHICAGO, above the design. I have not used either
the 'Bear' or 'C' logos or indeed the Name 'BEARS' in the design as I am sure this would most definately breach trade mark laws. Would you say my design is safe.
