hello legal gurus
i posted this on the business board but it has a trademark question too.
i bolded the question that relates to trademarks

* going to form it as an LLC
* going to store the wholesale books in my house
* will do %95 or more of the selling on ebay but i may sell some books
to people in my city

do I need a business license? (for a seller's permit)

should i trademark the name or servicemark it? which one?
(i might open a "real" store one day)
