Sponsor Responsibility
  Hello,
I had sponsored the visitor Visa for my Mother.
I have applied for her extension and haven\'t yet received nothing from the INS.
My Mother has a 10 year multiple entry Visa which has not yet expired.
I was wondering what will be the consequences if my mother does not return back after the I-94 expires.
Will she become Illegal?
Will this affect my H1-B RECORD?
Will this affect my green card as I have sponsored her visitor Visa.
Please Suggest.

  She is legal to stay until INS adjudicates her extension of stay petition.
