I-94 Extension & Dependant visa
  Hi,
I am on a L1. The I-94 has expired and my company has extended the I-94. I have got a new approved petition and I am continuing in USA. But my visa has expired.
Can my family take a visa stamping from India in this situation without I having a valid visa?
Or is it required for me to take a visa stamping before my family goes for the visa interview..
