Combination Possible? (regular & 7th year)
  I have just finished my 5th year term and entering into 6th year period of my H-1B status. My 6th year ends May 2006. Also, a LC is pending with DOL more than one year for me. It was applied at my 4th year (May 2004) of H-1B by current employer.
Now another employer is offering a job with 20K more. I haven't decided to join just because of H-1B and GC issues. If I join with new employer, can I get my 7th year extension along with H1 transfer (till May 2007) right now, based on LC is pending with my current employer more than one year?
