OPT expiring in june 30 2005.....coming to US from india on june 1
  I am on OPT but I was in india for last 7 months due to health issues. I am planning on travelling back to US on june 1 along with my wife. I do have an offer to work ASAP.my passport is expiring july 31.
Wud there be any problems?

you could have a problem. If you are out of the US for more than 5 months, your slate is wiped clean, as far as your current I-20 and OPT are concerned. You most likely don't have an authorized OPT employment any more. Tlak to your international advisor at school.
