H1B 7nth year extension question??
  Hi Everyone!! Please advise...
I work for a company on H1B visa which expires on 1/1/06(stamped on I-94). My H1B visa's 6 year time limit gets over on 03/17/06.
My labour certification (EB2) for permanent residence was filed 03/11/05.
I need to apply for a one year extension. Given these dates , Am I eligible for one year extension?
Do I need to get an extension from 1/1/06 to 03/17/06 first??

thanks in advance. You can apply one year plus that 3 months to gether along with 7th year extn
